World Alliance of Religions for Peace Summit 2014
"inter-faith dialogue & international political 

discussion towards World Peace"
(South Korea; September 17th~19th, 2014)



Between 17 to 19 September, World Peace Restoration of Culture Heavenly Light ("HWPL") and the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy will host a summit "World Peace Summit Alliance for Religions" (Summit World Peace Religion Alliance) Seoul, South Korea.

Today, our world faces conflicts, many of which come from religious misunderstanding. The objective of the summit is to define the role of religion in creating peace. Heads of international guvernulelot presidents of nonprofit organizations and religious leaders will discuss practical solutions for reconciliation and peace will draft a resolution detailing an action plan. It will also be able to see cultural performances expressing heavenly art.

World Culture Heavenly Peace Restoration of Light is a nonprofit international organization with over 300 subsidiaries, working to promote peace initiatives to develop in art, culture, religion and public policy. Most notable is that HWPL brokered the signing of a historic peace agreement between the Catholic Church and Islamic communities on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines, ending a 40-year conflict with the loss of over 100,000 lives.

The Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, founded in 1999, is an international, not-for-profit, non-governmental organization. The ultimate goal is to promote global peace and stability by strengthening and supporting intercultural relations at all levels.

They have confirmed over 150 000 participants including presidents and ex-presidents in more than 52 countries:

On behalf of Romania Emil Constantinescu will be present, former President Mihai Razvan Ungureanu, former prime minister. Also will be present and Claudiu Traian Covaciu, president of the International Roma Union (IRU) in Spain,
and Minister religions.
