HWPL Chairman, Man Hee Lee who is 6.25 war veteran built such organization in order to hand down heritage with no war and spreading out.

Also, approximately, 2,000 leaders from 170 countries signed for agreement which contains supports and collaboration on 'cessation of war and proposal of international law' and 'world alliance of religions'.

A former president of Croatia, Stjepan Mesić who participated in ceremony at that time said that "there were no such an incident like this in history which numerous political and religious leaders have come all together to discuss peace. And people said that "there had been no such ceremony in size and content wise and chairman Man Hee Lee's answer to peace is very practical and groundbreaking".

The world Alliance of Religions' Peace, WARP Summit is more than just an ordinary peace conference because it provides the opportunity for participants to cast aside their differences and break down traditional barriers in order to form new relationaships and networks with other peace messengers.

Since its commencement in 2014, this annual event has laid the foundations for numerous peace movements worldwide and has proven successful in uniting the hearts of both citizens and leaders from all sectors within the international community for peace. Following the successes of the original WARP Summit in 2014 and the subsequen 1st and 2nd Annual Commemorations, this year's event is expected to attract even greater attention and achieve even more substantial results.

Establishing Collaborative Governance for Sustainable Development and Implementation of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW)

17-19 September 2017, Seoul South Korea

Under the theme of establishing Collaborative Governance between state governments and civil society actors, the 3rd Annual Commemoration of the WARP Summit, which is to be held from the 17th to the 19th of September this year is Seoul, South Korea, will call on all citizens to work for the creation of sustainable peace.

This term of "Governance" may strike some as odd in the contest of world peace, but it falls directly in line with two of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proclaimed by the United Nations and is critically important within the peacebuilding process.

In today's highly interconnected society, it is impossible to establish lasting solutions to any global problems without comprehensive cooperation among those in all levels of society.

This year's summit will directly charge states and civil society organizations with the duty of creating a comprehensive system of international laws and political policies as well as nongovernmental cooperation that equally encompasses all groups and individuals under a common value of peace.

Each sector in society has a key role in the peacebuilding process, so rather than focusing solely on a single group, the WARP Summit will encourage cooperation among these groups through the establishment coordinated actin plans. In this manner, all the pieces will come together until the beautiful image of a world of peace can finally be seen.

In order to achieve this goal, the 3rd annual Commemoration of the WARP Summit will hold individual conferences discussing the role and responsibility of each group, ranging from religious organizations to political leader to the media and beyond. this will allow time for the creation of specific and concrete action plans that are to be carried out after the event, thus directly giving all participants a responsibility to put the ideas discussed in the conferences into action.

There will also be a joint conference with the central theme of the implementation of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War, DPCW and its development into a legally-binding document through its adoption by the United Nations.

Heavenly Culture, world Peace, Restoration of Light, HWPL, a peace NGO under the UN Department of Public Information, DPI hosts this event on September 17-19th in association with International Peace Youth Group, IPYG and International Women's Peace Group, IWPG.

This annual peace summit since 2014 brings together political and religious leaders, heads of women's and youth groups, civil society, and the press form around the world and provides an platform for discussion and cooperation for peace.

This year, more than 1,000 global figures form 120 countries are expected to participate in to discuss establishing collaborative governance between governments and civil societies for implementation of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War, DPCW, development of education as a culture of peace, and promotion of interfaith harmony.

Former presidents, ministers, UN officials, justices, heads of civic groups, leaders of women, youth, and religions, and journalists will have in-depth discussions in groups on the topics: the direction of peace education for sustainable peace, the role of media in spreading a culture of peace and ways to build a global media network, and the way to foster peaceful harmony amongst religions.

The Chairman of HWPL, Man Hee Lee, emphasizes the significance of the peace education by saying, "In order for everyone to become a messenger of peace, spreading a culture of peace and peace education by the development of peace materials and training of Peace leaders are important."

Region-specific meetings are also planned for the implementation of peace projects in collaboration between governments and civil society groups.

Each representative form each sector discusses ways to develop action plans for peace-building that can best reflect the cultural and social environment in the region.

The Chairwoman of IWPG, highlights the power of women for achieving peace saying "3.6 billion of women, half of the world's population, have the power to lead humanity to the world of peace. If we cannot use our potential, we can never achieve a peaceful world."

The world women leaders are expected to make tone voice to transform the DPCW into a legally binding form for the cessation of war in '2017 IWPG Network Forum'.

Along with sessions, a peace festival with 100,000 participants and local citizens will also be held on the second day of the summit.

With the slogan ;Together for Peace as Messengers of Peace', cultural performances by 8,000 youth will be shown to convey the ore messages of peace as a culture in the global community.
