Mr. Man Hee Lee, the chairman of the Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL), is the attention of a breakthrough peace achievement by presenting answers of achieving PEACE such as "the enactment of international law on ending WAR" and "religious unification." He, who is also a Korean War veteran, is joining the peace movement, saying, "Let's achieve a peaceful world without war and pass it down to future generations as an eternal legacy." Mr. Man Hee Lee, a Korean peace activist who gave touching and hope to the global community with a message of "peace, we can do it," will shed new light on the peace trip from the first to the 31st.

"Father God, the creator of heaven and earth. We are going to deliver the will of God and Jesus to Philippines on January 23 in the 31st year of the New Heaven (2014). Please be with us. We can't do anything by ourselves. If Father God and the victorious Jesus are together, I ask you and believe that everything will be great. I will do my best for my father's will and glory.

Father God, I earnestly ask you with both hands and my heart. Please protect every single member of Shincheonji family from being thrown out. Heavenly angels, please protect us. And I hope that you will be honored to be with us and by showing your honor fully. Wherever I meet, I will do my best to show my father's great glory. I'm going in the name of Father, Jesus, and Heaven.  23 January, 2014"

On 23 January, 2014, Mr. Man Hee Lee, chairman of the Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL), wrote an earnest prayer for Mindanao, Philippines, the land of conflict. He is also the leader of the Shincheonji Jesus Church. Mr. Man Hee Lee wrote such an earnest prayer before going on a peace trip in each time after receiving a heavenly task to "make peace and end the war in the global village." A prayer written on paper is still full on the side of the wall of his bedroom. The main content of the letter he wrote every time, when he went on a peace trip was "God and Jesus, please be with me together." Was it thanks to prayer? Wherever he went, there were amazing achievements. Whoever met Mr.Man-hee Lee treated him cordially and promised to participate HWPL's peace movement.

Mindanao Civil Peace Agreement, which is considered the most groundbreaking achievement, was also made amid a sense of task to complete the task of achieving peace and an earnest prayer of "Be with me". Representative Mr. Man Hee Lee was asked by Catholic Archbishop, Antonio Redesma Cagayandeo to resolve the Mindanao dispute during his peace trip to Philippines in September 2013. At that time, he had to risk his life to visit the area because a dispute between Catholics and Muslims was ongoing. "I couldn't help but go as a peace activist when I was requested to come for peace," he later confessed.

After deciding to visit Mindanao, he prayed earnestly. Then he arrived in Mindanao on 24 January, 2014. He was 84 years old. Chairman Man Hee Lee criticized the local Catholic and Islamic leader, who has been at odds with the excuse of their religion and word for more than 40 years, and stressed that "God's will is peace, not conflict." And "Raise your hand if you want peace." When all the participants raised their hands, they said, "Then come out and sign this Peace Agreement."

The 'civilian peace agreement' which opened the beginning of the end of the 40-year bloody conflict in Mindanao, was miraculously achieved. The locals said, "Mr. Man Hee Lee who risked his lives to other countries at the age of 84(91-year-old now) for peace and politicians were different." "Mr. Man Hee Lee's sincerity has fulfilled." Chairman Man Hee Lee said, "God fulfilled peace through me."

• "I've seen the light with you"

Chairman Man Hee Lee met those who said, "I saw the light above you." several times during his peace trip. He said, "God told me through them that he was with me." In fact, he left an incredible achievement for a civilian peace activist on every tour. During the peace trip, which lasted from the first in 2012 to the 31st in 2019, people from all walks of life, including former and current presidents, chief justice, speaker of the National Assembly, and university presidents who Mr. Man Hee Lee met, promised to work with HWPL. These people attended the 'Peace International Conference' held in Korea in September 2014. Through the Peace International Conference, it was widely known to the international community that HWPL is the only peace organization that will achieve "peace and cessation of war." Since then, his peace moves have become busier.

Chairman Man Hee Lee gathered leading jurists who met on his peace trip and launched the HWPL Peace International Law Committee, which consists of 21 people, in September 2015 for the 'First Anniversary of the Peace International Conference'. On 14 March of the following year, the International Law Commission created 10 articles and 38 clauses of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), which will be the basis of the "International Law on End of War and Peace," and published it to the world. After the announcement of DPCW, Lee's peace trip focused on promoting "DPCW" to the international community and appealing for support. As a result, it has gained support from 55 African countries and has almost completed basic requirements for introducing to the U.N. Chairman Man Hee Lee is joining the peace movement, saying, "Let's achieve a peaceful world without war and hand it down to future generations as an eternal heritage."

Windhoek, July 21 –Heavenly Culture World Peace and Restoration of Light (HWPL) this month released a peace movement issue documenting the story of the non-governmental organisation for the past eight years.

The 64-page special issue entitled “Korean, Man Hee Lee, The True Story of Peace” details on the major achievements in the peace movement of Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL. It gives an in-depth introduction about the Mindanao Peace Agreement in the Philippines; the background of proclaiming the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) which is composed of 10 articles and 38 clauses for sustainable peace in the international community; and the “DPCW support letter” of the Pan-African Parliament (PAP).

The theme of the first English article in the special issue is the story of leading a civilian peace agreement in 2014 in Mindanao, Philippines, a region that suffered the bloody Catholic-Islamic conflict that lasted 40 years, killing 120,000 people. Chairman Lee, who led this agreement, became known to the international community.

HWPL continues its work also in Southern Africa, working with youth and women

assisted by its affiliate organisations the International Peace Youth Group

(IPYG) and International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG). In the past months, the

organization has been conducting peace education forums in schools as well as

training women leaders to be peace lecturers.

Mr. Man Hee Lee, Chairman of HWPL, who works internationally for cessation of war, was a Korean War veteran and suffered devastation from the war. He regrets the innocent deaths of young people who died in the war and is actively engaged in activities to realize the international law of peace and harmony between religions. Despite turning 90 years old this year, he continued the peace movement by issuing the “HWPL Statement on Human Rights Crisis in Myanmar” in April 2021. So far, he has visited 49 countries through 31 World Peace Tours to awaken a sense of peace in the global community.

At the same time, it features the messengers of peace in the global community, who work with HWPL to take the lead in achieving world peace. An official from Cheonji Ilbo stressed and highlighted that it is “an important source for world peace”. He also said, “If you see the news of Chairman Man Hee Lee’s peace movement, I hope you will join in making sustainable peace.”

On the hiking trail, I met a bird singing in soprano tones.

It wasn't such a beautiful voice. 

The normal sound of birds is good to hear, but this bird in this clip seemed to practice singing, judging from howling.

Maybe the song contest of birds will be held.

I share a video of a bird singing practice taken yesterday in hopes of good results.

Way to go!

So far, it seems to be too one-sided to express birds singing in soprano tones, from here, we will reflect the bird's reaction from a different angle.

What song would the bird sing if it practiced singing?

I can't understand the bird's language, so I think I can only infer it.

The song that this bird is shouting high seems to be calling for "peace" that is indispensable in our lives.

Peace INGO from South Korea, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), released a Statement on a recent Friday and called the international community to raise their voices over the military regime to stop violence and resolve the problems by means of dialogue. 

HPWL highlights that the recent efforts of the Myanmar military to suppress nonviolent protests have led to dozens of deaths and hundreds of injuries.  It regrets that the number of deaths and injuries are still increasing. 

“Human life must not be disregarded in any circumstances.  No conflict of political conflict can justify violence against civilians and no interest of any group can prevail over human life”, said the Statement. 

As an international peace advocate organization, HWPL opposed all types of violence around the world and it calls to Myanmar military regime, to ‘respect people’s human rights and freedom of expression, and call to all parties to engage in dialogue to seek a peaceful resolution.

HWPL, led by its Chairman, Man Hee Lee, has wider networks and members in Asia, Africa, and North and South America working for world peace in various methods.  Therefore, it asks, the global family of peace to issue Statements urging (Myanmar military) authorities and civilians in Myanmar to pursue dialogue and seek a peaceful solution in order to restore peace in the country.

Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) is a global organization found in South Korea by Chairman Man Hee Lee, which is committed to spreading world peace through their Legislate Peace Campaign. ☮ The Role of Peace Education in Building a Peaceful World ☮

• On 24 January, over 2,400 pre-registered attendees from 70 countries joined the online inter-continental peace conference to discuss the role of peace education.
• Attendees joined from the Philippines, U.S.A, Germany, South Africa, China, South Korea, and others.
• The conference was organized by a Korea-based international peace NGO, “Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light” (HWPL) under the UN DGC and the UN ECOSOC in celebration of the 7th Anniversary of the January 24 HWPL Peace Day.
• The January 24 HWPL Peace Day declared by the Province of Maguindanao in the Philippines has been commemorated annually since the Mindanao Peace Agreement was made by the local government and civil society leaders on 24 January 2014.

HWPL Chairman Man Hee Lee delivered his commemorative message, followed by the congratulatory messages from social, educational, religious, and political figures including The President of the Court of Appeal of Cairo, The Former President of the UN Human Rights Council, The Former Adviser of the Ministry of Education of Guatemala, and Archbishop Emeritus of Davao Archdiocese of the Philippines.

“Today, Mindanao is no longer a place of conflict; rather, it has become a model of peace to which the world looks. Once, the people of this region used to point guns at each other—now they share food while sitting at the same table, despite their differences in religion and ideologies. Students who were once being trained to kill are now learning the precious value of life and peace through HWPL Peace Education,” he said.

The Peace Day was named after HWPL since the agreement was suggested by Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL, known as a Korean war veteran, to overcome the 50 years of conflict that resulted in approximately 120,000 victims in the region.

With the theme, “The Role of Peace Education in Building a Peaceful World”, the celebration of this year aimed to raise awareness of peace education around the world and establish a global platform for peace educators to implement peace education in the educational system of each country.

Ms. Firoza Muradi, an educator from Afghanistan, said, “The Mindanao Peace Agreement in 2014 became a great model for countries like Afghanistan who experience wars and conflicts. I hope that the miracle of peace in Mindanao will happen in Afghanistan, and the beginning is from peace education. Through HWPL Peace Education, students seek answers to achieve peace in various ways, including harmony with nature, the value of cooperation, and how to protect their rights. I believe all of my students who are receiving peace education will grow up to be peace messenger.”

I've collected them.

I thought while looking at the clouds.

The path of peace is a little long because of the coronavirus.

But those who continue to advance for peace despite the coronavirus, etc. ......

Seeing the clouds appearing in various forms, I think the way we approach peace may all be different, but the heart that loves peace is the same.

I felt that the sky seemed to blaspheme peace through the shapes of clouds (-.-:;)

He is a national poet who hugged the wounds
of the people during the Japanese colonial era.

If I catch and ride that cloud over there,

The red, blood-stained cloud.

At night, that dark cloud.....

Catch and ride, and my body fly that far away.

Fly and cross far high and far in the sky

I tried to be held in your sleeping arms.

But, don't do that. I can't do that.

You,  hear, that cloud becomes rain.

It becomes rain and falls on you

Think my tears in the evening and night.

I ask for your understanding 
because my English is not good and 
the translation is not smooth.

There is one person who is not too much to say that he is the main character of this poem(Korean Poem 'Cloud').

And seeing the clouds over that sky, I think of the peace and peace advocate
(HWPL Chairman, Man Hee Lee).

He bowed to the people twice over the COVID-19 incident and cooperated as much as possible in the defense of the Korean government, but has not let go of the lion of innocent peace by tying it up with one thing or another.

The dark clouds of Korea's judicial organs cover the clear blue sky of peace.

But soon the clear and blue sky will appear.

Oh, my neck hurts a little (ㅠ.ㅠ)
